Carl is the owner and main man that will come fix you up. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been doing this a long time. He will get you back up and running as fast as possible. With that being said, as you are stuck on the side of the road, in the moment, it may seem like he is taking a long time to get back with you. But you have to keep in mind that, because of his skills, he is an extremely busy and extremely desirable guy around Kansas City. He is not forgetting about you, he is just tied up with someone else that is probably in the same or at least a similar situation as you. We were stuck in Kansas City for a few days waiting on a turbocharger that he was going to replace. There were days we thought we were gonna be back on the road, but there would be a couple issues like a small part that Carl needed to go get and then he would be back. That was when it was hard to be patient, but he always came back around, even if it was the next day. And usually it was because he was out working until midnight the night before. He even stayed on the our job until sunset around 8:30 PM to help get us on the road one night. Just be patient and he will get back to you, even if it isn’

I had a breakdown in the middle of a load right on the highway. The police were threatening to tow me. These guys were very helpful. Good with answering the phone and reliable. They are professional by the book mechanics. So if you want it done right call them!

As an owner operator I can’t say enough good about Carl… braided airline went out he came out… of course something that should be simple turned into a nightmare due to rusty bolts and hard to get places… but got it off and replaced and was very fair with the price… 10000% recommend

Excellent service. Came right out to me. He had to order the parts through Freightliner...got them overnighted. Truck parts came in, and he very quickly got it back together. Great personality.

Had my axle and steering box out and replaced in 3 days, hilarious and knowledgeable guy. I'll have to give him another call if I ever have any other issues that I need a mobile repair for, this is your guy. Good prices and hard work for sure
